CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking of any accommodation displayed on our site.
You must make payment for accommodation booked on the site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will be the amount shown on our booking page. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.
If you wish to change any deyails of your booking, you must contact our Customer Service Centre. Email bookings@goldensands.net.au We will do our best to assist you but cannot guarantee that changes will be made.
You may be required to provide to provide a credit card imprint or equivalent at check in to cover incidental charges.
The person registering at check in must be at least 18 years of age.
In addition, to eliminate identity fraud the Golden Sands Motor Inn may ask you to provide photo ID at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained by the Golden Snda Motor Inn to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before check-in time (which is 2pm) on the day of check-in or one nights accommodation will be charged.
During the Christmas School Holidays cancellations must be made 96 hours (4 days) before check-in or a minimum of one nights accommodation will be charged.
